Channeling Cartwright from South Park, the globalists are running around demanding that everyone respect their "vaccine" "atoritay," only they have gone orders of magnitude worse in their psychosis in forcing compulsory "vaccination." Regardless of their authority, it is illegal, immoral, and outrageous to dictate the usage of an experimental drug.
The legal aspect of compulsory "vaccination" can be considered from the perspectives of international and domestic law.
We'll look at the domestic issue first which is a phantasmagoria of Soviet and corporate totalitarianism masquerading as concern for one's fellow man. Both governments and corporations are demanding that their serfs take the "vaccine," but this puts them in the interesting position of prescribing drugs for their patients.
But do these dictators have medical licenses? In almost all cases they do not, and in the very few cases where the autocrats may have licenses, are they licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where they are prescribing?
When the CEO of Delta, Ed Bastian, demanded that his employees take the "vaccine" or be fired, did he do so after a doctor-patient consultation? Of course not. Not only does he not have a medical degree, he doesn't have a medical license to practice medicine in all of the states where his "patients" reside.
This issue leads to medical malpractice, for how can a medical practitioner prescribe an experimental gene therapy without knowing the contents of the the medicine? Is it not possible that some of Mr Bastian's patients may have conditions for which the gene therapy is contra-indicated? I would think that it is possible.
To date, none of the "vaccine" manufacturers has released the contents of their experimental drugs, but some enterprising scientists have uncovered some of the ingredients, and no one could find anything therapeutic about them since they are all lethal. Dr Robert Young, about whom we have published previously, has discovered graphene oxide, spike proteins, lethal parasites, and stainless steel in the ingredients, and there many more yet to be enumerated.
The Japanese government has recalled millions of "vaccines", yet Ed Bastian is still prescribing this experimental drug for his patients. On this basis alone, I would think that employees of Delta would have grounds for suing Bastian for medical malpractice, intention to harm, and conspiracy to murder.
On the international front, the Nuremburg Code of 1947 forbids the compulsory administration of experimental drugs, or any drug for that matter, for which the intended recipient objects. It is rape.
Other international accords such as the Helsinki Accords make provisions for
Respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief
Anthony Fauci, Ed Bastian, Rochelle Walensky and others clearly have no respect for your conscience, fundamental freedoms, or suitability of forcing you to take a substance with lethal toxins. As an aside, Walensky is a medical doctor, yet she prescribes this experimental drug indiscriminately.
Finally, we should note that the Emergency Use Authorization authority allows use of experimental drugs only when others are not available. Since the EUA was made under fraudulent assertions, its use could also be challenged in court. We have reported that conditions associated with "COVID" are 99.9% recoverable, and that the percentage could be even higher with the usage of such drugs as Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, or chlorine dioxide solution, all of which have proven track records.
The legal case against the "vaccines" seems straightforward to us. We are not medical doctors, nor are we lawyers, but this is a case where that is not a liability.
