Solving the JD Tippit Murder Case

The Warren Commission told us that Lee Oswald murdered Dallas Police Department officer JD Tippit after murdering President Kennedy. If it had told us that the Other Oswald killed Tippit, we would have believed them. We offer a different explanation below.

We have stated previously our unqualified claim of innocence of Lee Oswald in the murder of John Kennedy. We extend that defense to his alleged murder of JD Tippit. In either case, not enough evidence for a grand jury indictment exists against Oswald. The only allegations of guilt come from the perpetrators of the crime itself – those members of the Warren Commission who were part of the crime of the century. John Dulles, Gerald Ford, and Arlen Specter were 3 key figures on the commission who participated in the murder or cover-up of the murder of President John Kennedy.

So it is no surprise that this executive branch commission would usurp the role of the judiciary in railroading through a verdict of guilty on an innocent man. Dulles’ animosity toward Kennedy was legendary, boiling to murder in the aftermath of his failed Bay of Pigs fiasco – a plan deliberately sabotaged by McGeorge Bundy and Richard Bissel of the CIA as part of entrapment of Kennedy.

In the case of Oswald, CIA spook James Angleton had determined to murder Oswald as a cleanup to the false defector program under which Oswald entered the USSR. As valuable as Oswald was to the intelligence community, he was deemed to be unreliable, meaning that he had to be murdered.

The pretext for murdering him was that he was in bed with Communists, having married Marina Nikolaevna, the daughter of a high ranking Soviet military or intelligence officer. Thus Angleton had the pretext for murder.

Although we have not been able to assemble a satisfactory amount of evidence, our growing conviction is that Marina was sent to America as an intelligence asset to murder Oswald. We know that our dear readers must be grossly perplexed. Why would the CIA and KGB collaborate on this matter? It is a long answer which we cannot fully develop here, but the short answer is that the KGB and CIA cooperated frequently throughout the Cold War to create the necessary tensions for perpetually rising defense budgets.

Marina’s behavior while in America was hardly that of a devoted wife or mother. She slept around on Oswald, although in all fairness, Oswald also had his flings too. Thus this marriage was a sham – a diversion from bigger matters.

In any event, the plotting of Oswald’s murder started in 1962. As Rahm Emmanuel, one time North American Mossad Director, famously stated, “Don’t waste a good crisis.” So the CIA decided to use him as the patsy in the murder of JFK, killing two birds with one stone – as they say.

Part of such an elaborate plan required the use of stratagems too hard to believe – such as the use of doubles. We know that Oswald had at least one double. In fact Billy Lovelady, an Oswald look alike, was seen at the Texas School Book Depository for the very purpose of setting up a case of mistaken identity.

It was also the case that an Oswald look-alike was seen in the vicinity of the murder JD Tippit. We have reported previously a witness seeing two men around the time and location of Tippit’s murder, one of whom resembled Oswald. But Oswald was not there, having received instruction to go home and subsequently to meet a contact at the Texas Theater for his next assignment. After killing Tippit – another clean-up operation – the Oswald double rushed to the Texas Theater to raise a ruckus which would implicate Lee Oswald as an unstable lone nut. And the rest was history.

Our working hypothesis at the moment is that Billy Lovelady is the murderer of JD Tippit. The corroboration of this thesis would require that he was indeed the man Robert Vinson saw on his flight back from Washington DC – the very man who resembled Oswald. If there were indeed multiple Oswald doubles, then our thesis becomes problematic. We are certain the future research will resolve this matter.

In any event, Oswald was the patsy - he was a pawn who got caught up the murdering schemes of the Bush Crime Syndicate and Rockefeller Axis of Evil.

Robert Vinson and the Other Oswald

For those who are knowledgeable about the intricacies of the Bush Crime Syndicate’s plot to murder John Kennedy, it will come as no surprise to hear another story corroborating the existence of an Oswald double. For those who are hearing for the first time of such a doppelganger, read the story of Sergeant Vinson whose double vision obliterates the preposterous lone nut theory.

Our account of Robert Vinson’s witness of the Oswald double comes from James Douglass’ fascinating book, JFK and the Unspeakable which presents the salient facts pointing the finger at the CIA – an element of the Wall Street based Bush Crime Syndicate – for the murder of John Kennedy.

Vinson, stationed at the North American Defense Command (NORAD) – the same one later used to disguise the 9/11/2001 air attacks by the CIA on the World Trade Center and Pentagon – witnessed the Oswald imposter escape from Dallas on a CIA plane. We believe that he eventually left the United States.

After being passed over for promotion in spite of sterling evaluation reports, Vinson decided to take his case directly to officers in the Pentagon by flying from Ent Air Force Base to Washington, DC on November 20, 1963.

The following day he met with Colonel Chapman who was a Pentagon Congressional liaison. While in Chapman’s office, Vinson heard Chapman on the phone firmly warn his party not to allow the President to go to Dallas as he had received information rendering the trip inadvisable.

After his meeting with Chapman, Vinson went to Andrews Air Force Base to grab a flight back to Colorado Springs. Although there were no such flights scheduled that day, the attending airman placed Vinson on a flight to Lowry Air Force Base in Denver. The aircraft was a large unmarked C-54 cargo plane except for an egg-shaped earth which Vinson was later to learn was a CIA logo.

After boarding the plane, Vinson saw two men in olive drab overalls enter the craft, passing him without saying a word. Odder was the absence of a flight manifest or a crew chief. At 12:29p the pilot announced that the president had been shot upon which the plane turned sharply south from its westward course, somewhere over Nebraska, landing in Dallas 3:30p central time in a sandy area along the Trinity River.

From a distance, two men leaving a jeep headed toward the plane. They also walked past Vinson without looking at or speaking to him. Dressed in beige coveralls, one was a Cuban about 6’ at 180 – 190 lbs, while his shorter Caucasian companion was about  5’ 7” to 5’ 9” weighing about 150 – 160 lbs. Vinson later discovered through news accounts that weekend that the shorter man bore a strong resemblance to Lee Oswald.

A little past dusk, the CIA C-54 landed after which the two pilots and two passengers from Dallas got off the plane, leaving Vinson stranded. Vinson soon learned that he was in Roswell, NM. When he asked the Air policeman how to get downtown, he told Vinson that no one could leave or enter the base because it was on alert, an explanation which Vinson found baffling as he had just landed.

Soon thereafter, in 1964 and after his promotion, Vinson’s life became complicated. Not only was he required to sign a secrecy agreement, but so was his wife Roberta – a first for her.

On November 25, 1964 the Air Force ordered him on a “special” assignment to Washington, D.C. where he was physically and psychologically tested by the CIA in Langley. He was asked by a group of men in a semi-darkened conference room to go to work for them, an offer he refused in spite of lucrative inducements.

In February 1965, the Air Force ordered Vinson to work for the CIA on the SR-71 project located in the Nellis Mountains 40 miles northwest of Las Vegas at Site 51. Vinson learned that both Roswell and Site 51 were the sites of the CIA’s experimental flight programs which often produced saucer shaped craft whose UFO reports the Air Force encouraged in order to cover up its projects.

Vinson and his wife realized that the reason for his assignment to the CIA was so that the spooks could monitor him more closely, and buy his silence with regular cash payments.

Civil liberties lawyer James Johnston and reporter Jon Roe published a book on Vinson’s account adding some other interesting detail. The location where the C-54 took off was Oak Cliff, the same area where J D Tippit was murdered. Thus the Oswald imposter murdered Tippit in order to frame Oswald as the murderer. The fake Oswald quickly escaped 2 ½ hours later via the C-54 which picked up him and his Cuban companion. The pickup location was 1.3 miles from the El Chico restaurant where T F White had seen the fake Oswald at 2p.

The truly fascinating aspect of this story about the double Oswald is the consumate planning which  the CIA invested in the execution of the President of the United States. But let there be no doubt that the CIA reports to the moguls on Wall Street, a place to which the Bush Crime Syndicate has deep ties.

Who Killed Officer J. D. Tippit?

The highly flawed and criminal Warren Commission Report stated that not only had Lee Oswald murdered the President but that he also murdered Dallas police officer J. D. Tippit. But is there evidence for this assertion which would stand up in a court of law? Unless the court is made up of corrupt, accessories-after-the-fact jurists as composed the Warren Commission, then the answer to that question is emphatically no.

Absolutely no legally sustainable evidence has been produced placing Oswald in the presence of Tippit. The Warren commission made up a fictitious timeline to fabricate a story about Oswald leaving the Texas Book Depository immediately after the assassination so that he could be placed in the Texas Theater at the required time.

Reality contradicts the lies of the Warren Commission. In the first place, witness Acquilla Clemons witnessed two men who murdered Tippit. She said, ‘One was “kind of heavy” and the other “was tall and thin and wore light khaki trousers and white shirt,”’ according to Mark Lane’s rendition of her testimony used for one of his documentary films. After the murder, she said that the two men ran in opposite directions – an observation supported by other eye witnesses.

Four bullets of two manufactures matching the 4 bullets recovered from his body were eventually discovered by the police. Of course the Warren Commission could not be bothered with inconvenient evidence, so they dismissed Clemons’ testimony as “Speculations and Rumors.”

For her important witness, the Dallas Police Department sent two of its uniformed armed thugs to her house to threaten her with silence. They warned her that if she talked to the Warren Commission she ‘”might get killed.”’ So perhaps the Commission did her a favor by not calling her to testify.

The other nail in the coffin of the Warren Commission’s Tippit Theory is the testimony of decorated and highly promoted Dallas deputy sheriff Roger Craig whom the CIA murdered prior to his testimony to the House Select Committee on Assassinations on May 15, 1975.

Craig had observed Oswald leaving the TSBD in light colored Nash Rambler belonging to Mrs. Paine approximately 15 minutes after the assassination - completely obliterating the Warren Commission’s fantasy timeline for Oswald. With that timeline in tatters, so is the supposition that Oswald could be where he was asserted to be at the time he was asserted to be for the murder of Tippit.

Finally, corroborating information about a double Oswald comes from two men covered in JFK and the Unspeakable by James Douglass. One, a mechanic, T. F. White working for Mack Pate Garage, spotted the double Oswald in a red Falcon sitting in the parking lot of El Chico’s restaurant across the street from the auto shop where he worked. The alert mechanic wrote down the license plate number - after getting a full frontal view of the Oswald impersonator - which traced back to a CIA high tech communications manufacturer's Plymouth. When subpoenaed to appear before the House Select Committee on Assassinations some 15 years later, Carl Amos Mather - the owner of the vehicle and Collins Radio which later merged with Rockwell International - refused to do so without total immunity from prosecution.

That same faux Oswald was seen on a flight from Dallas later that afternoon by Air Force Staff Sergeant Robert Vinson. He was told he could board a just arriving plane from Andrews Air Force Base on 11/22. Unfortunately for the CIA, Vinson was an accidental passenger. When the plane landed in Dallas, instead of Colorado Springs after the pilot announced the shooting of President Kennedy at 12:29p, it was on a sandy air strip just south of Dallas – still visible from across the river. Two men boarded – one whom Vinson told his wife later that weekend looked just like Oswald whom he had seen on TV during the coverage of the assassination.

One of the men was a tall Latino and the other was an Oswald twin. Thus these two men match the two men whom Ms. Clemmons had witnessed murdering J. D. Tippit. Vinson was able to confirm, from a retired USAF Major who had flown over 100 flights on similar C-54s, that plane he flew on was indeed a CIA plane.

With the heavy preponderance of evidence in favor of Lee Oswald, we conclude emphatically that he did not kill J. D. Tippit. Tippit's murderer is the man Clemmons and Vinson saw - a man initimately associated with the CIA and most likely a CIA agent.
